Michael Patrick is the culinary force behind Forza Storico and a key figure in Atlanta's modern Italian dining scene. After traveling to Italy, he began making pasta at home, selling it at the Peachtree Farmer's Market before growing that passion into Storico Fresco and, later, Forza Storico. His work is grounded in craft and preservation, with a focus on handmade pasta, historical recipes, and bringing old-world Italian traditions into a contemporary Atlanta setting.

Pietro Gianni is the design-minded operator and hospitality visionary behind Forza Storico's atmosphere and broader brand world. Rome-born and Monte Carlo-raised, he brings a European sensibility to both the physical environments and the guest experience. His perspective blends architecture, hospitality, and lifestyle, helping shape restaurants that feel transportive rather than merely thematic.
