    Originally hosted as a sought-after pop-up, the supper club now finds a permanent home in Summerhill, offering a more immersive setting for guests to engage with the cuisine and its narrative.

    The menu reflects a thoughtful fusion of heritage and technique, featuring dishes like jerk chicken yakitori, braised oxtail, and cassava-based desserts that balance comfort with refinement.

    Set within a warm, light-filled space with exposed brick and an understated, communal energy, Heritage is designed to foster connection—between guests, culture, and cuisine.
