Saints + Council

Saints + Council, located in Midtown Atlanta's Colony Square, presents a modern American dining experience with a social club feel.

Founder William Pitts envisioned a space where guests could transition seamlessly from cocktails in living room pods to chef-driven meals in comfortable booths, ending the evening by the fire pit. The restaurant features a massive island bar where mixologists craft signature cocktails.

The cuisine focuses on chef-driven, locally-sourced ingredients, with smoked, braised, and confit meats. House favorites include lemon miso salmon, steak + frites, and slow-braised short rib.

Saints + Council offers brunch on Saturday and Sunday, and breakfast Monday through Friday, complete with handcrafted espresso drinks.
