How to Redeem

1. Download or update to the latest versions of the Uber, Uber Eats and/or Postmates apps. 2. Create an Uber account or sign into your existing account. 3. Add your Platinum Card to your account as a payment method. 4. On the first day of each month, Basic Card Members will receive $15 in Uber Cash, plus a bonus $20 in December, to use on rides and orders in the U.S. You will also be automatically enrolled in Uber VIP status and get access to top rated drivers, where available. If the same Card is added to multiple Uber accounts, only the first Uber account to which the Card is added will receive this benefit. Additional Card Members on the Card Account are not eligible to receive this benefit. Uber Cash received through this benefit will expire at 11:59 PM Hawaii Standard Time on the last day of each month. You can view and manage Uber Cash in the wallet section of your Uber account. 5. Ensure Uber Cash is toggled on and an Amex Card is selected for your transaction to redeem Uber Cash received through this benefit.‡
