LUXE AI offers exclusive membership tiers designed to provide personalized luxury concierge services. By subscribing to a membership, you gain access to curated experiences, recommendations, and benefits tailored to your lifestyle preferences.
Luxy Lite (Free): Basic access to Ask Luxy AI concierge and Magazine content.
Insider (Founding Member): Full access to all LUXE AI features including Explore, LuxBux rewards, iGraph personal intelligence, and priority concierge services.
The Founding Membership is offered at a one-time lifetime payment of $599 (reduced from $2,188 annually). This special pricing is limited to the first 500 founding members and grants permanent Insider status with all current and future premium features.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge the payment method provided. Founding Membership purchases are one-time payments and do not automatically renew.
Founding Membership purchases are non-refundable after 14 days from the date of purchase. Within the first 14 days, members may request a full refund by contacting our support team. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend membership accounts that violate our Terms of Service. Members may also request account deletion at any time through the Settings panel. Upon termination, access to premium features will be revoked immediately.
We may update this Membership & Subscription Policy from time to time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email. Continued use of LUXE AI services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
