    James Beard Foundation Taste America®, presented by Capital One, brings together acclaimed chefs, special guests, and passionate diners from across the country to spotlight the independent restaurants at the heart of local culture.

    Representing 20 markets nationwide, the distinguished TasteTwenty cohort hosts curated dinners and dynamic walk-around tastings that reflect the diversity, creativity, and shared spirit of American cuisine.

    This walk-around tasting at Market 57 convenes New York's vibrant culinary community for an evening of discovery.

    Guests will enjoy chef-driven food stations hosted by TasteTwenty honoree Mary Attea of The Musket Room, Raf's, and Cafe Zaffri, alongside other standout culinary talents currently featured at Market 57. Each station showcases a signature style and tells a story rooted in its restaurant and community.

    The evening is rounded out with beverage stations and interactive activations from national and local partners, creating a lively, immersive celebration of impact, flavor, and culinary excellence.
