What The Gold Book is

The Gold Book is LUXE's register of professionals and companies we believe are worth knowing. Inclusion is not open enrollment and cannot be purchased outright: every person and company in the book is vetted before they appear, without exception.

How vetting works

Every candidate is reviewed through our Gold Standard process, led by Midas, our vetting intelligence, together with our editorial team. Midas reviews credentials and licensure where applicable, awards and recognitions, press and publications, and customer review history across public sources, and flags anything that warrants human review. Our team makes the final call, and vetting is ongoing — members may be removed at our discretion, including for loss of licensure, credible complaints, or conduct inconsistent with the standards of this register.

Preferred Partners — our paid relationships, disclosed

Some vetted members choose to become Preferred Partners of the LUXE network. Preferred Partners pay a placement fee and extend a perk to the LUXE community — for example, a percentage off services, a complimentary consultation, or a gift with engagement. Preferred Partner profiles are identified as such on their pages.

What being paid does not buy

Payment never substitutes for vetting — Preferred Partners pass the same Gold Standard review as everyone else — and payment never changes what we recommend. Our recommendations and Luxi's concierge suggestions treat paid and unpaid members identically; Preferred Partner status confers no boost in placement, ordering, or algorithmic visibility.
